system that Bob had been using for the last few years was proving
to be very inadequate and did not provide him with the degree
of accuracy he wanted and variety of reports he required.
The functionality of Workmate and service
that EPS provided has made it possible for Wiri Oil to make use
of much of the data from their existing system and incorporate
it into the new Workmate computerised maintenance system.
A complete asset database is being set
up for Wiri Oil and will involve expanding the current asset list
to allow for more accurate analysis of breakdown and all repair
activity. Other key reasons for purchasing Workmate were the simplicity
of the program design and ease with which information could be
accessed.
